Daniele Ferrone joined LCA in 2021 after working at Chiomenti, Gianni & Origoni, and at the legal department of the French luxury multinational Kering. He is a managing associate specialised in capital markets, mainly dealing with equity capital markets, and assisting clients in IPOs, M&A and extraordinary transactions, corporate governance matters and other capital market activities.
