is a senior associate in the IP department, who focuses on litigation matters related to intellectual property law and, in particular, know-how and patents, unfair competition and advertising law. She assists clients in drafting and negotiating IP agreements such as patents and know-how licences and assignments related thereto. Federica advises clients in filing and prosecuting trade mark and design applications, both in Italy and abroad, as well as in the management of trade mark portfolios. Together with her colleagues at LCA Studio Legale, Federica is the co-author of “Advertising Law – Protection and Litigation” (2020).
