About Luciano Castelli

Luciano Castelli is an equity partner in LCA Studio Legale and has tackled civil, commercial, and bankruptcy disputes for domestic and international clients for 20 years. Often chosen as arbitrator, he boasts expertise in liability and post-closing claims. An author of numerous civil and procedural law publications, he is also a financial market law adjunct professor at Turin University. Luciano regularly advises foreign clients and foreign law firms, assisting them in complex transactional litigation. He is the co-author of Practical Commentary to the Rules of the Court of Arbitration of Milan, first published in Italy in 2021 (English version due in 2024).
