About Matteo Creuso

Matteo Creuso is an associate at LCA Studio Legale, having joined its litigation department in 2022, after gaining significant experience in the financial market regulation field at a primary international law firm. In 2020, he participated in the eighth annual Italian Mediation Competition, organised by the Milan Arbitration Chamber, earning a recognition award for “best exploration of the other party’s interests and needs and information gathering”. He now focuses on civil litigation, particularly disputes in corporate and commercial matters and insolvency law. Matteo advises companies on both the preliminary analysis and identification of the best procedures for crisis/insolvency management, and the admission and management of insolvency proceedings.
