About Maria Cristina Dughetti

Maria Cristina Dughetti is part of the litigation department of LCA Studio Legale and mainly deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, in both judicial and non-litigation matters. Maria Cristina is mainly involved in litigation and arbitration procedures regarding civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters, in support of companies and private clients. Maria Cristina also has experience in out-of-court assistance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and ordinary administration.
