About Mirko Violante

Mirko Violante is an associate at LCA Studio Legale with solid experience in administrative law, both in judicial and advisory matters, and a strong focus on the energy sector. He assists clients with EPC, O&M, PPA, PPP and supply contracts, as well as permitting and authorisation procedures for renewable energy projects and related incentives and public financing before GSE and ARERA. Mirko also advises on public procurement matters, including projects governed by the Public Contracts Code. He joined LCA in 2024, after working with leading law firms including Valaguzza Law Firm and PwC TLS.
