Miriam Loro Piana
is an associate in the IP and art departments. Her activity is focused on litigation and pre-litigation matters related to intellectual property law, unfair competition and advertising law, and on drafting and negotiating patents and know-how licences and assignments related thereto. She advises national and international clients active in the art field (heirs, galleries, artists, foundations, etc) on the exploitation and protection of their copyrights and personality rights. She regularly collaborates with editorial titles of the art world and, together with her colleagues at LCA Studio Legale, is the co-author of “Advertising Law – Protection and Litigation” (2020).
