About Silvia Monti

Silvia Monti is a managing associate in the litigation department at LCA Studio Legale. She specialises in litigation, managing both court cases and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on civil, commercial, corporate and antitrust matters. She has developed significant expertise in tort law, personal injury, professional and product liability, insurance law and inheritance law. Silvia also provides legal advice, especially in the areas of civil and corporate law. Since 2015, she has been a teaching assistant for the Private Law Institutions course at the Catholic University of Milan. Additionally, she has authored several publications on civil and commercial law.
