About Silvia Monti

Silvia Monti is a senior associate in the litigation department of LCA Studio Legale. Her primary focus is on judicial and arbitral litigation, mainly in civil, commercial, corporate and antitrust matters. She has gained extensive experience in tort, professional and healthcare liability, insurance, and inheritance law. She also advises companies and private clients, especially in the areas of commercial contracts and civil law. Silvia has been a teaching assistant in Civil Law at the Catholic University of Milan since 2015. She has also authored several publications on civil and commercial law.
