He brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, having held senior in-house roles within Exxon Mobil Corporation, including General Counsel of Esso Italiana. His expertise spans energy and fuels regulation, corporate and real estate law, M&A transactions, antitrust and competition law, and complex compliance programmes at national and EU level. Valerio advises on strategic energy transactions and regulatory matters, drawing on extensive industry insight.
