About Zenobia du Toit

Zenobia du Toit is a director at Miller du Toit Cloete Inc, specialising in all aspects of family law, related constitutional law issues, comparative law, international cases, Hague Conventions, high-end financial disputes, trusts, alternative dispute resolution, PNAs, children’s interests, LGBTQI issues, and artificial reproductive technologies (ART). With a keen interest in developing family law, she presents workshops and talks, and participates regularly on panels, webinars and expert forums. Zenobia has written numerous articles, co-edited a textbook and comments regularly on draft legislation and the SALRC issue papers. She is a member of the International Bar Association Family Law Committee and a governor of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
