About Ana Luísa Guimarães

Ana Luísa Guimarães is a partner in the public law and regulated sectors practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. She has extensive experience in administrative, public procurement and regulatory law, with a particular focus on infrastructure projects and regulated sectors such as water, waste, energy and mobility, as well as ESG matters. Ana Luísa has a law degree from the University of Coimbra. She has a postgraduate degree in Administrative Litigation from the Catholic University of Lisbon, a master’s degree in Public Law from the same (2011) and an Executive MBA from AESE Business School/IESE (2018).
