About Bernardo Aylwin

Bernardo Aylwin is an associate at Pellegrini & Rencoret. His practice focuses on international arbitration, commercial and civil disputes, and domestic arbitration. He has advised in cases under ICC, and CAM Santiago rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations, both nationally and internationally. Bernardo also assists Mr Pellegrini in most of his arbitration proceedings. Mr Aylwin holds an LLM from the University of California Los Angeles (2022), where he graduated in the top five percent of the class. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and a board member of the Santiago Very Young Arbitration Practitioner.
