About Fernando Zuñiga

Fernando Zuñiga is a partner at Pellegrini & Rencoret. Fernando represents local and international clients in highly complex cases across a range of arbitrations proceedings (ICC, ISID and CAM Santiago Rules), as well as civil and commercial lawsuits. He has extensive experience in the energy, mining, infrastructure, construction, financial services and real estate industries, among others. Mr Zuñiga holds an LLM from Columbia Law School (2018). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and is a former board member of the Santiago Very Young Arbitration Practitioners. Additionally, he is a Professor of Private Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica.
