Jaime Varela Charme
is a partner at the firm specialising in labour law. He leads the labour and social security practice and actively participates in collective bargaining process, and has extensive experience as an adviser and as a litigator in labour matters. He regularly writes for industry publications and is a professor of public law at the University of the Andes.
