D. P. Naban
is a senior partner at the firm. He heads the firm’s Tax, SST and Customs practice, and deals with all aspects of tax law, including income tax, sales and service tax, stamp duty, customs duty and anti-dumping duty. He is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). Naban has co-authored a number of publications on tax, namely Malaysia Singapore Tax Cases Digest (CCH), CCH GST Case Summaries, The Law of Goods and Services Tax in Malaysia (CCH) and Halsbury’s Laws of Malaysia (Revenue Law). He is a highly acclaimed lawyer and is empanelled as an Arbitrator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Bangalore International Mediation Arbitration and Conciliaton Centre (BIMACC).
