About Jihan Binti Azman

Jihan Binti Azman is part of LHAG’s Employment & Industrial Relations practice group and is a member of the team led by Partner Amardeep Singh Toor. She is a law graduate of MARA University of Technology. Her practice focuses on employment and industrial relations. She regularly appears at the Industrial Court to defend employers in unjust dismissal claims and represents multinational institutions in civil courts. She provides legal advice on immigration and employment matters, including discipline, performance management, mutual separation schemes, trade disputes, retrenchment, and fixed-term contracts. Jihan has wide-ranging experience in corporate employment due diligence and conducting workplace investigations, including harassment and conflict of interest.
