About Shariffullah Majeed

Shariffullah Majeed is a partner in LHAG’s employment & industrial relations practice group. With significant experience in industrial relations, Shariffullah’s background includes working in tandem with clients ranging from multinational companies to government-linked companies. While his primary areas of practice are industrial relations and employment law, Shariff has also defended civil claims arising from employment contracts. He works closely with several government-linked and multinational companies and regularly advises them on a broad spectrum of employment-related issues, such as misconduct by employees, constructive dismissal, poor performance and restructuring exercises. Shariff also often assists companies in reviewing employment contract terms and ensuring compliance with employment-related legislation.
