He has vast experience in IP litigation. Jian regularly assists clients in actions for breach of confidentiality or trade secrets, anti-counterfeiting, infringements and prosecution (trade mark, copyright, industrial design and patent) and domain name disputes. Experienced in all stages of litigation. He regularly appears in the courts for various processes including full trials, applications, interlocutory proceedings and appeals.
