About Koji Kanazawa

Koji Kanazawa is a partner at Chuo Sogo LPC with key expertise in insurance and reinsurance, banking and finance, regulatory matters, corporate/M&A, and cross-border transactions. He is admitted to practice in Japan and in the State of New York. Koji has served as a visiting attorney at Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP in Chicago, USA, and at Rodyk & Davidson LLP (now Dentons Rodyk) in Singapore. During a secondment with the Supervisory Coordination Division of the Supervisory Bureau of the Financial Services Agency (FSA) from 2014 to 2015, he handled a range of regulatory, compliance, and dispute resolution matters in the insurance sector. He currently serves as an external statutory auditor for Rakuten General Insurance Co, Ltd.
