About Masahiro Nakatsukasa

Masahiro Nakatsukasa is the managing partner of Chuo Sogo LPC. Admitted in Japan in 1994 and in New York in 2006, he holds an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law and practised at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago before rejoining the firm. His practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance, finance and cross-border dispute resolution, and he advises listed and privately held companies on acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder matters and board-level issues. Masahiro serves as an outside director of several listed companies, has lectured at Kyoto University Graduate School of Law and is a former vice-president of the Osaka Bar Association.
