About Ronald Kaloostian

Ronald Kaloostian focuses his practice on IP, M&A, international transactions, data privacy and global compliance. Ron has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of matters relating to IP, corporate law and compliance. For over 11 years, Ron worked in the in-house IP department of a major Japanese innovator pharmaceutical company. Ron specialised in IP licensing and due diligence, joint research collaborations with US universities, strategic biopharma alliances and spin-out of new companies with novel technologies and inventions. Ron also managed ANDA and patent litigations in the USA, including negotiation of settlement agreements. He is a member of the State Bar of California, a registered patent attorney with the USPTO, and a registered foreign attorney in Japan.
