About Pieter Bogaerts

Pieter Bogaerts is the partner in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency team at Argo Law and has a professional focus on, and extensive experience, in banking law, financial regulatory and insolvency law. He has considerable expertise in debt finance transactions and syndicated lending, particularly in a private equity context, as well as particular experience in asset-backed finance techniques and leasing operations. He regularly provides counsel to both national and international clients on complex reorganisations, post-acquisition refinancing work and distressed finance operations.
