About Luca Bolognini

Luca Bolognini is a founding partner at ICT Legal Consulting. Luca, a European privacy and data protection lawyer, has been President of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorisation since 2008. He is a member of the IAPP and CIPP/E, and a TÜV Italia Certified Privacy Officer. Luca serves as an independent ethics and privacy adviser for several European research and innovation projects (Horizon 2020) and as an expert coach for the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the European Commission. He is a member of the Experts Board of EU-IoT and co-chair of the Europrivacy Certification Scheme Board of Senior Experts
