About Cristina M García-Hall

Cristina M García-Hall is a junior partner at Cancio Covas & Santiago and a member of its Corporate department, primarily engaged in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate and municipal finance, commercial lending, health and administrative law. She has participated in numerous corporate financing projects and M&A transactions, including complex financing and large private equity deals. As part of CC&S’s public finance group, she has represented both public and private sector entities in the issuance of public debt in the Municipal Bond Market.
