About Elina Mereminskaya

Elina Mereminskaya (FCArb, PhD, LLM) is currently head partner of WAGEMANN | Arbitration, focusing her practice on advising large national, Latin American and European companies regarding construction, infrastructure, mining and energy projects. Joining the firm as partner in 2017, Elina brings extensive experience from her leadership position in the national and international arbitration field, and also advises on dispute prevention and claim management in construction contracts. She is listed as arbitrator with various arbitral institutions, including ICDR, CCL, PUCP and the EC, and acts as President of the Americas Initiative of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) and Vice President of the Project Initiation Subcommittee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
