About Carlos Hernández Contreras

Carlos Hernández Contreras has a master’s in Social Security Systems, from the University of Alcalá, Spain (2004), and a master’s in US laws from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2016), and is a Doctor in Law which he attained from the University Paris 1 – La Sorbonne (2013). He is a full member of the Ibero-American Academy of Labor and Social Security Law (since 2018), and a former vice-president for the North America, Central America and the Caribbean region of the International Society of Labor and Social Security Law (2006–2009).
