About Zoltán Tenk

Zoltán Tenk is managing partner of TENK Law Office. He is a specialist in complex transactions specifically in terms of venture capital and private equity investments, distressed M&A and finance transactions. Before the establishment of TENK Law Office he was head of the finance and restructuring practice group and co-head of the corporate, M&A practice group at the Budapest office of Noerr. He also worked with the banking and finance, as well as with the corporate, M&A practice groups at DLA Piper in Budapest and at the Munich and Barcelona offices of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH.
