About María José Jiménez Neria

María José Jiménez Neria is a founding member and partner (since 2021) of Malpica, Iturbe, Buj & Paredes. Her practice focuses on litigation, antitrust and international arbitration. She has been recognised as one of Mexico’s best practitioners in public law matters. She has ample experience in advising individuals and corporations in complex antitrust cases involving allegations of monopolistic practices in the telecommunications, financial and transport sectors before antitrust authorities, specialised courts and the Supreme Court of Justice. She is a graduate of the Universidad Panamericana (2011) and holds an LLM in Competition Law from King’s College (2018).
