About Rodrigo Buj García

Rodrigo Buj García is a founding partner of Malpica, Iturbe, Buj y Paredes, and is one of the most recognised administrative litigators in Mexico – particularly in telecommunications, where he has participated in landmark litigation before the Supreme Court of Justice and as a NAFTA panel expert proposed by the Mexican government. He is also a top-tier practitioner in antitrust-related issues, general administrative litigation and arbitration. He is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2004) and holds a master’s in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2008).
