Prachi Dave is the managing partner at Dhaval Vussonji & Associates. She advises banks, funds, shipping companies and real estate conglomerates on vanilla loans, mezzanine funding, structured finance and debt securities, including cross-border and maritime financing. She has deep expertise in transactions routed through GIFT City and the IFSC regulatory framework. Prachi also advises on IPOs, buybacks, FCCBs and open offers, and, with her particular strengths in complex restructurings and distressed maritime assets, she has led major insolvency resolutions, including those of Binani Cements and Bharati Shipyards.
