Andreea Paraschiv is an energy expert and financial analyst at Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law, advising across the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure and M&A practices. Combining legal, financial, and technical expertise, she provides strategic guidance on complex energy transactions, aligning commercial objectives with regulatory frameworks. Prior to joining the firm, she contributed to the development and sale of a ~1GW renewable energy portfolio at BayWa r.e. Romania. Andreea is an active member of the energy community through Future Energy Leaders Romania and holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Exeter.
