Luiza Ionescu is special counsel at Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law and leads the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure practice. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, she advises on complex regulatory and transactional matters across both conventional and renewable markets, including solar, wind, storage, and hybrid technologies. Her expertise covers M&A, project development, permitting, compliance, and financing. Luiza has held senior legal and executive roles within leading international energy groups. She is recognised for her comprehensive industry insight and practical approach to complex energy mandates. Luiza holds a PhD in Law and two LLM degrees in Arbitration and EU Law from the University of Bucharest.
