About Ana Hernández

Ana Hernández is a senior associate at Allen & Overy who specialises in restructuring procedures, collective dismissals and designing labour strategies to be implemented in the medium term as a consequence of a deal procedure. She has been involved in a large number of companies’ organisational changes, advising and supporting during the analysis phase in order to determine the legal consequences of the different alternatives and how to implement them but also during the implementation of the decision adopted, in relation to employees, workers’ representatives, the procedures of EREs, substantial modifications of the labour conditions, agreements, negotiations, transfers, redundancies, etc. She is also an expert litigator before labour tribunals.
