Nona Keyhani is an associate in the commercial group based in Bird & Bird’s Dubai office, and part of the tech and comms, media and entertainment and sport teams in the Middle East. Her experience encompasses work across a range of sectors and industries, with a particular focus on technology, data privacy and digital transformation. Nona advises clients on local and international technology and data protection matters, with particular expertise in global and European data privacy compliance, including privacy impact assessments, cross-border transfers of personal data, incident breaches, direct marketing and the development of internal and external policies.
