About Nikita Manro

Nikita Manro is an associate and part of the Commercial Group at Bird & Bird, advising both local and international clients on a range of commercial issues, with a particular focus on the technology and communications sector. Nikita has experience working in both the London and Dubai markets, having lived in both regions. She advises on a wide range of commercial contracts both for suppliers and customers. These include services agreements, SaaS, software licenses, telecoms agreements, and outsourcing projects. Nikita’s experience working in-house and on client secondments has deepened her understanding of the need for strategic advice, as she can appreciate clients’ commercial priorities in the wider context of their business.
