About Carlo Rimini

Carlo Rimini advises on family and succession law matters, with a particular focus on international aspects. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Carlo is a Professor of Private Law (University of Milan) and Professor of Family Law (University of Pavia), and has authored around 100 papers and publications. He is a member of the scientific committee of the periodical Familia and the ICALI Association, and was previously a member of the Advisory Board of the PSEFS Project co-founded by the Justice Programme of the European Union (2014–2020).
