He is accredited by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (VNIPO), Copyright Office of Vietnam (COV) and Plant Variety Protection Office (PVPO). Vinh has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters regarding patent, design, trade mark, copyright, plant variety and domain name. His litigation experience typically includes defending patent infringement lawsuits ; litigating copyright infringement and trade mark infringement; and UDRP domain names before the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
