Alessandro La Rosa
is the head of the intellectual property, internet law and unfair competition department of Studio Previti. He principally deals with intellectual and industrial property, new technologies and social and media law. He has significant experience in copyright protection on the internet and is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). He is the author of several publications, including “Le tutele telematiche della proprietà intellettuale e industriale”, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, 2020; “Attualità del diritto d’autore”, Editori Discendo Agitur 2018; “La prova in internet”, and “Le prove civili”, CEDAM, 2018.
