Jennifer MacGregor-Greer is senior counsel at MEP Business Counsel, advising clients on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and a broad range of corporate, partnership, commercial, and securities matters. Jennifer’s clients span small start-up enterprises to sophisticated public companies in a variety of industries, not-for-profit entities, and investors. Jennifer advises on the structuring and governance of domestic and international joint ventures and represents both vendors and purchasers in the sale of businesses.
