About Cláudio Finkelstein

Cláudio Finkelstein is a Brazilian legal scholar, arbitrator and lawyer, recognised for his work in international law and arbitration. He holds an LLB and PhD from PUC-SP, an LLM from the University of Miami, and postdoctoral qualifications/research at PUC-SP and Bucerius Law School. He teaches International Law and Arbitration at PUC-SP, co-ordinates graduate programmes and arbitration initiatives, and is active in leading legal institutions, including the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the Brazilian Society of International Law. He advises public and private entities, speaks internationally, and publishes extensively on arbitration and international law.
