About Maria Isabel Gori Montes

Maria Isabel Gori Montes is a Brazilian lawyer with experience in arbitration, international law and Brazilian private law, including contracts, commercial and corporate matters. She holds an LLB from the University of São Paulo and an LLM from UC Berkeley, with a Certificate of Specialisation in Business Law. She is admitted to practice in Brazil and is a member of the OAB/SP Special Commission on Arbitration. Maria Isabel has acted in domestic and international arbitrations, especially in corporate and commercial cross-border disputes. She also teaches, lectures and writes regularly on arbitration, dispute resolution and Brazilian corporate law.
