About Felipe Fernandes de Carvalho

Felipe Fernandes de Carvalho is a partner in Mudrovitsch Advogados, and the head of the criminal practice, working particularly with white-collar crimes. He is responsible for the co-ordination of teams in multiple cities and the conduct of high-profile criminal cases in Brazil. He has been working at Mudrovitsch Advogados since 2012. Felipe holds a PhD in Criminal Law at the University of São Paulo and an LLM in Criminal Law from the same institution. He is a specialist in Corruption and Organized Crime from the University of Salamanca and in Criminal Law and Procedures from the Brazilian Public Law Institute (IDP). Felipe is a professor of criminal Law at IDP and UnB.
