About Rodrigo de Bittencourt Mudrovitsch

Rodrigo de Bittencourt Mudrovitsch is the head of Mudrovitsch Advogados, which he founded in 2012. He co-ordinates high-level strategies for cases and has experience in litigation, especially in the highest courts, being responsible for presenting oral arguments before the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF). Rodrigo holds an LLB from the University of Brasília and an LLM in Constitutional Law from the University of Brasília. He also earned a PhD in Constitutional Law from the University of São Paulo, with a thesis on Democracy and Representative Government in Brazil. Rodrigo is a judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
