About Aris Papaspyridis

Aris Papaspyridis is the managing partner and co-founder of AP Legal. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with prior professional experience at City law firm Herbert Smith. Aris leads AP Legal’s energy law team and co-leads the firm’s corporate and M&A practices. He has a distinguished track record in a vast array of legal matters – namely, advising international and local corporate clients in the energy and commercial field, including project developers, constructors, and high-profile individual corporate clients. Aris’ experience in corporate and M&A practice consists of supporting international clients on their cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures, group restructuring, divestments, and equity investments.
