About Filip Gołba

Filip Gołba advises regulated industries, primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and pharmacy sectors. He represents clients before administrative courts and regulatory bodies, including the European Commission, advises on legislation, and helps to align businesses with European and national regulations. Filip previously worked in academia, teaching at the Jagiellonian University, participating in research projects funded by the National Science Center at the Departments of Legal Theory and of Constitutional Law, and authoring academic articles and chapters in commentary. He worked on reforming the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Law (EBRD project), and has represented in proceedings concluding with key judgments shaping the Polish pharmacy market. He is a member of Bar Association in Warsaw.
