About Filip Gołba

Filip Gołba advises regulated industries, primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and pharmacy sectors. He represents clients before administrative courts and regulatory bodies, advises industry organisations on legislation, and helps to align businesses with European and national regulations. He worked on reforming the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Law (EBRD project) and has represented clients in infringement procedures before the European Commission as well as in judicial proceedings concluding with key judgments shaping the Polish pharmacy market. He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw and previously worked in academia, teaching at the Jagiellonian University, authoring academic articles and book chapters.
