Tomasz Jaworski
is an attorney-at-law whose areas of expertise include pharmaceutical law, medical device law, public procurement law, litigation and administrative proceedings. He is the co-author of a commentary on the law on so-called class actions (CH Beck, 2010) and the concept of reforming the Ukrainian drug registration system (within the framework of the EBRD project). Tomasz has also written numerous publications in the legal press and legal reports on the pharmacy market, laboratory diagnostics and spa communities.
