About Kathryn Dodds

Kathryn Dodds is a corporate partner at gunnercooke llp, with a particular focus on fintech. She advises on M&A, investments and new forms of corporate structure for Web3 projects. Recent work highlights include leading on: (i) the sale of Attestant, a leading institutional Ethereum staking provider, to Bitwise Asset Management, being the first transaction of its kind in the United Kingdom; and (ii) the global restructure of one of the world’s largest decentralised exchanges. Kathryn’s work has been reported in publications such as the Solicitor’s Journal and Lawyer Monthly, and she is an adviser to the Law Commission’s DAO Panel.
