About Ani Tchagharyan

Ani Tchagharyan is an associate at Andersen Legal Armenia with solid experience in banking, corporate and commercial law. Before joining the firm, she served as legal counsel at various financial institutions, where she developed and implemented corporate governance and compliance frameworks. Ani is adept at navigating complex regulatory requirements affecting banking operations, financial reporting and risk management processes. Her practice includes advising international financial institutions on cross-border lending and finance transactions, from due diligence and structuring to the successful completion of major projects. Ani holds an LLM from the American University of Armenia and is a member of the Armenian Bar.
