About Larisa Gevorgyan

Larisa Gevorgyan is a senior associate leading Andersen Legal Armenia’s financial services practice, with extensive experience in banking, capital markets and financial regulation. She has advised on IPOs, derivative transactions and the development of Armenia’s crowdfunding framework with the EBRD and CBA. Recognised by international legal directories as a “rising star” in capital markets and M&A, she holds an LLM in International Banking and Finance Law (with distinction) from University College London. Larisa is admitted to the Armenian Bar and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
